Our cancellation and refund policy for golf tour bookings

Standard Cancellation Policy

Trident Destination Group and its products, including Mesquite St. George Golf Tours, provide a 72-hour cancellation policy for all standard services.

Large Group Outings

Large group outings are subject to individual contracts provided to the group leader. These contracts will outline specific cancellation terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies tailored to your group's booking.

Vendor-Specific Policies

Cancellation policies for certain bookings may vary based on the vendor's (golf course, hotel, or service provider) own policies. When applicable, we will communicate the vendor's specific cancellation policy to you before confirming your booking.

How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a reservation:

  • Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email
  • Provide your booking confirmation number
  • Specify the changes or cancellation you're requesting

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Refund amounts may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your booking confirmation or contract.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a golf course closes due to weather conditions, we will work with you and the course to reschedule your round or arrange an alternative. Each course has its own weather policy which we will communicate to you.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
