Coral Ridge 1889 – Pointe of View

Coral Ridge 1889~Pointe of View puts a golf group right on the course. This three-bedroom, two-bath home in the Coral Ridge community of Washington, Utah sleeps up to 10, enough for two foursomes, and its back patio sits beside a green at Coral Canyon Golf Course. The first tee at Coral Canyon is about 4 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 9 minutes, and Green Spring Golf Course is about 12 minutes, with Copper Rock, St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills each about 17 to 19 minutes out.

The sleeping layout is simple. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with its own ensuite bath, a fireplace and sliding doors to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and uses the shared hall bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 3 has two full beds. Twin sleeping pads and blow-up mattresses are available for extra guests.

The home is built for relaxing between rounds. Two indoor gas fireplaces warm the living areas, and the kitchen has granite counters, an island with bar seating, double wall ovens and a round dining table. Outside, a covered pergola patio holds a propane grill and dining set, and the lawn looks across the fairway toward red rock mountains and evening sunsets. There is also a smart TV with cable, cornhole and a two-car garage.

Coral Ridge adds resort-style extras just across the street, including community pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse, a putting green, a playground and pickleball. Razor Ridge Pond, stocked with fish and about a five-minute walk from the door, has a shaded picnic pavilion.

Beyond golf, Quail Creek Reservoir is roughly 9 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 12 minutes, St. George about 15 minutes and Zion National Park under an hour. Trailers, boats, RVs and street parking are not allowed in the community.
