It sits in the Coral Ridge community about 4 minutes from Coral Canyon Golf Course, with Sand Hollow Golf Course about 9 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 12 minutes and Copper Rock Golf Course about 17 minutes. The backyard looks out toward Coral Canyon, so the group can watch the desert sunset over the course after the round.

The sleeping layout is simple for a golf group. The king master suite has its own bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a tiled walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Beds are set up for six, and a queen air mattress stored in the living room closet brings the home to eight.

Inside, a wide picture window in the living room frames the golf and desert view, and a stone gas fireplace with a TV anchors the seating area. The kitchen has a granite island with bar stools, double wall ovens and a big dining table with a bench, handy for group dinners and scorecard reviews. Beyond golf, the home is about 15 minutes from St. George, with Quail Creek and Sand Hollow reservoirs close by and Zion National Park within an hour's drive. Trailers, boats, RVs and street parking are not allowed in the community, so plan on the garage and driveway.
