Golf is right at the back door: the backyard overlooks Coral Canyon Golf Course, which is about 4 minutes away by car, with the fifth hole close enough to watch groups tee off over breakfast. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 9 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 12 minutes, and Copper Rock Golf Course about 17 minutes.

The bedding is easy to split. The main-level primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite with a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Upstairs, a second king bedroom has its own ensuite with a soaking tub, and the third bedroom has two queen beds with a full bathroom in the hall. A queen sofa sleeper in the upstairs loft handles the last two guests.

The main floor has a kitchen with dark wood cabinetry, granite counters, a gas cooktop, double wall ovens and island seating, plus a dining area and a living room with a stone fireplace. The upstairs loft is set up for movie nights, and the home has five TVs, a Blu-ray player and Hulu Live. A ping pong table and bikes live in the garage. Outside, the back patio has dining and lounge seating, a BBQ grill, a fire-pit table and a grass area with golf course and mountain views, and there are also upper decks for sunrise coffee.

The home is within walking distance of the Coral Ridge pool and clubhouse. Community photos also show a hot tub, putting green, fitness room, playground and ponds with a picnic pavilion.

For a day off the course, Quail Creek Reservoir is about 9 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 12 minutes, St. George about 15 minutes, and Zion National Park about 48 minutes.
