Coral Ridge 4144, called Casa Redrock, is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10, room for two foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 4 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 12 minutes and Copper Rock Golf Course about 17 minutes, which gives a golf group plenty of choice without long drives.

The bedrooms suit a mixed group. The master has a king bed and its own bathroom with a double vanity and glass shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed and uses the hall bathroom with a tub and shower. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk, plus its own bathroom. Air mattresses are also stored on site for extra sleepers.

The standout feature is the private hot tub on the shaded back patio, next to a gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. Inside, the main floor is open, with a sectional sofa, a TV and a kitchen with an island and a large dining table. Upstairs, a loft lounge has a large sectional, a TV, an Xbox One and a desk for anyone who needs to work. The garage holds a ping pong table, bikes, scooters and fishing rods.

Coral Ridge residents share a clubhouse with two pools and spas, a fitness center, foosball, and a putting green next to the clubhouse patio. Walking and biking paths start near the front door, and the community pond park has a covered picnic pavilion.

St. George is about 15 minutes away, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are nearby, and Zion National Park is within an hour. Trailers, boats, RVs and street parking are not allowed in the community.
