Coral Ridge 4194 is a pet-friendly townhome in Washington, Utah, that sleeps up to 10 guests, so two foursomes fit easily. Coral Canyon Golf Course is right by the community, about 4 minutes away, and Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 9 minutes. Green Spring is about 12 minutes, and Copper Rock and St. George Golf Club are each under 20 minutes, giving the group a good spread of courses close to home.

The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, a TV and its own ensuite. The bunk room holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds for four and uses a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the loft adds a queen pull-out sofa bed, a queen air mattress, a TV with a DVD player and an air hockey table.

The main level has an open kitchen with a granite island and stool seating, a dining table and a breakfast nook, plus a living room with leather recliners and a fireplace TV stand. Outside, the private patio has a gas grill and two patio tables, and a private hot tub sits just off the patio for soaking after a round. Dogs are welcome with a pet deposit; the back yard is not fenced, so dogs must be leashed outdoors.

Coral Ridge residents share a clubhouse with a lounge and fitness room, two community pools with hot tubs, a small putting green and a playground. A park with a fishing pond is about a two-minute walk away.

Freeway access is close, which makes central St. George and Zion National Park easy day trips. Trailers, boats, RVs and street parking are not allowed in the community.
