Coral Ridge 4213 gives a golf group a comfortable two-level townhome in Washington, Utah, sleeping up to 10 guests, which works out to two full foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course sits right next door, about 4 minutes away, and Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 9 minutes out. Green Spring is about 12 minutes, while Copper Rock, St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are all within about 20 minutes, so a different course each day is easy.

The sleeping layout has four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite on the main level has a king bed, a TV, a large walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a double vanity. Upstairs, a bunk room holds two twin-over-full bunk beds, and two more bedrooms each have a queen bed and a TV. They share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. A pull-out sofa in the living room adds extra space.

Downstairs, the open kitchen has a gas range, stainless appliances and a granite island with seating for six, plus a round dining table for six more. The family room has a leather sectional and a large Roku smart TV, with a PS4 for downtime after the round. Out back, a private patio has a dining table, an umbrella and a gas grill for evening cookouts. An attached garage keeps clubs out of the heat.

The community clubhouse area includes two pools, two hot tubs, a small putting green, a workout room, ping pong, foosball and a meeting room. Razor Ridge Park and its stocked fishing pond is about a two-minute walk, and fishing poles are provided.

The home is about 2 minutes from freeway access and about 10 minutes from central St. George. Zion National Park is roughly 35 minutes away and Quail Creek Reservoir about 9 minutes, so non-golfers have plenty to do. Note that trailers, boats, RVs and street parking are not allowed in the community.
