Coral Springs D7 is a ground-floor condo in the Coral Springs Resort in Hurricane, Utah with a golf course just down the road. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 4 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course about 12 minutes, with Copper Rock, St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills all under about 20 minutes. It sleeps up to 12, which is room for three foursomes.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and its own ensuite with a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the Bunk Room has two full-over-full bunk beds; those two rooms share the hall bathroom. Every bedroom has a TV.

The living room centers on a stone gas fireplace with a smart TV and a large sectional. The kitchen has granite counters, wood cabinetry, stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and both drip and pod coffee makers, and the dining table seats six. Outside, a covered patio holds a propane grill and a stone outdoor fireplace, and a separate front patio has lounge seating. Because the unit is on the first floor, there are no stairs to haul clubs up, and a washer and dryer are in the unit.

The home is steps from the Coral Springs clubhouse, which has outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a sport court and a basketball court. Guests can also use the Terra West amenities, with a heated pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, grill area and fire pit.

Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek State Park are minutes away, and Zion National Park is an easy day trip.
