Pecan Valley 5193, also called Desert Eagle Retreat, is a newer seven-bedroom home at Pecan Valley Resort in Hurricane, Utah that sleeps up to 28 guests, room for seven foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 7 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 8 minutes, Copper Rock Golf Course about 13 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course about 15 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The 1st, 2nd, 5th and 7th bedrooms each have a king bed and a TV, and the 6th bedroom has a king bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a TV. Two bunk rooms each hold four twin-over-twin bunk beds, and Bunk Room 2 also has a TV.

The standout feature for golfers is a 4K Pro golf simulator with a premium projector, a 15-by-10-foot screen and multi-sport play. Outside, the home has a private heated pool with a slide, a private hot tub and a private pickleball court with paddles and balls. Inside, the open-concept layout has plenty of seating, an indoor fireplace, smart TVs in almost every room, two ovens, two washers, two dryers, board games and card games. Two Pack n Plays and free parking are provided.

Guests may also use Pecan Valley Resort amenities, including a lazy river, an action river, a main pool and volleyball pool, water slides, a wave rider pool and a surf machine; access depends on home occupancy and length of stay.
