Sand Hollow 3808

Sand Hollow 3808, known as Red Desert Villa, is an 11-bedroom, 8.5-bath estate in Hurricane, Utah made up of a main home and a two-story casita next door. It sleeps up to 42 guests, enough for ten foursomes, which makes it one of the few places that can hold an entire golf outing. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Copper Rock about 9 minutes and Coral Canyon about 11 minutes.

The main house has eight bedrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have a king bed; Bedroom 3 adds four twin beds to its king, and Bedrooms 5 and 6 each pair a king with two twins. Bedroom 7 has two twin triple bunks and Bedroom 8 has two queen beds. The casita holds three more king bedrooms: Bedrooms 9 and 10 have ensuite baths, and Bedroom 11 shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. Five full sofa beds are spread between the two buildings.

For downtime there is an 85-inch family room TV with surround sound, a private theater with a 120-inch screen, two Xboxes, a Nintendo Switch, a ping pong table, board games, an electronic baby grand piano and three fireplaces. The kitchen has double ovens, a warming drawer and an induction cooktop, with a commercial ice maker, extra fridge and freezer in the garage. Between the main home and the casita's kitchenettes there are three full kitchens.

Outside, about 1,300 square feet of covered patio and deck seats 24. The private pool and spa include a sun shelf, and a Traeger smoker, gas BBQ, fire table and yard games keep the group together after the round. Parking fits 10 to 11 vehicles in the garage and driveway; there is no street parking.
