Town Center 2309, known as Mountain View Oasis, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Washington that sleeps 14, enough room for three foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 4 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes, so short drives to the first tee are easy to plan.

Sleeping is split for a group. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with its own ensuite, and Bedroom 3 has two queen beds plus an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room holds two triple twin bunk beds, six twin beds in all, with a shared hall bath.

Downstairs, the living room pairs sofas with leather recliners around a large TV, and the kitchen has an island with four stools, a gas cooktop, double wall ovens and a walk-in pantry. The dining table seats the whole crew. Upstairs, a second family room adds more seating, an air hockey table sits on the landing, and a Nintendo Switch 2, board games and DVDs cover downtime. The standout is the covered deck: a private hot tub, gas fire table, grill and outdoor dining set with views of red rock and distant mountains.

Guests can also use the Town Center community pool, community hot tub and pickleball courts, plus landscaped walkways and green space. Trailer and RV parking is available.

Off the course, Quail Creek State Park is about 5 miles away and Sand Hollow Reservoir about 8 miles. Downtown St. George is roughly 8 miles, Snow Canyon State Park about 19 miles and Zion National Park about 32 miles.
