Zion Village 2053

Zion Village 2053 is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Hurricane, Utah with room for up to 21 guests, which works out to five full foursomes under one roof. Copper Rock Golf Course is about 12 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 15 minutes and Coral Canyon Golf Course about 16 minutes, with Green Spring Golf Course and St. George Golf Club each within about half an hour.

The main-floor primary suite has a king bed, a loveseat with a pull-out single and an ensuite bath with double sinks. Upstairs you will find a second king primary suite with its own ensuite, the Pink Boho room with two queen beds, a golf-themed king room with a putting-green mural, and a bunk room with two triple bunks holding four twins, a double and a queen. A queen sleeper sofa in the loft adds more space.

The backyard is set up for the end of a golf day: a private pool with water jets and a fire bowl, a private hot tub, a gazebo with outdoor dining for eight, a fire table with lounge seating and a propane BBQ. Upstairs and front decks add a hammock, egg chairs and a foosball table. Inside, the garage holds arcade games, the living room coffee table doubles as an Infinity Game Table, the loft has a Nintendo Switch and the bunk room has a Pac-Man arcade. The kitchen has an island that seats four plus a dining table for eight.

As part of Zion Village Resort, guests can also use a shared pool and hot tub, a lazy river, a splash pad, a large BBQ and dining area, a clubhouse with a billiard table, an exercise room and a pickleball and basketball court.

Non-golfers have plenty nearby, with Sand Hollow Reservoir about 15 minutes away and Zion National Park about 35 minutes away. Construction is currently ongoing near the home within the resort.
