Zion Village 263 sleeps up to 20 in Hurricane, Utah, which is room for five full foursomes under one roof. Copper Rock Golf Course is about 12 minutes away, Sand Hollow and Coral Canyon are each about 15 minutes, and Green Spring is about 24 minutes, so a group can mix desert resort golf with rounds closer to St. George.

The home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Downstairs, the Zion Narrows primary suite has a king bed, a small office nook, private patio access and an ensuite with a double vanity and spa shower, while the Zion Subway bedroom has a king bed and private access to the hall bath. Upstairs, the Golf Suite has a king bed, desk and ensuite, and the Zion Night bedroom has a king bed; both open onto a shared balcony. The Red Rock ATV bunk room has two double-over-double bunks and the Red Rock Lake bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunks, sharing a Jack and Jill bath. A twin futon is also provided. Every bedroom has a smart TV.

The backyard is the standout. A private heated swim spa with a waterfall and a separate hot tub sit beside a lit pergola with a 58-inch outdoor smart TV, plus a fire table, patio dining and a grill. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, two TVs and a Nintendo Switch, and the house adds an Infinity Game Table, an Xbox, and Street Fighter II and Ms. Pac-Man arcade cabinets. Two upstairs balconies give the group extra space to unwind.

The home, nicknamed Red Rock Roamin', sits a few houses from the Zion Village resort, which offers a year-round heated pool, a heated lazy river, a hot tub, a splash pad, and a clubhouse with a gym, games, grills, fire pits, and pickleball and basketball courts.

Off the course, Sand Hollow State Park is about 15 minutes away and Zion National Park is about 30 minutes, with Pig's Ear American Bistro a short walk from the neighborhood.
