It sits just off I-15, and golf is close: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 16 minutes out.

The master bedroom is a large suite with a king bed, a double sofa sleeper, its own TV and a bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two XL twin beds; those two rooms share a hall bath. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and four twin foam fold-out mats can stretch capacity to 14 when needed.

The main floor is open from the living room to the kitchen. The living area has a sectional, an electric fireplace and a smart TV, the dining table seats six with a kids table alongside, and the white kitchen has granite counters, a gas range and island seating. Upstairs there is a desk workspace and a laundry room. Out back, a private patio has a picnic table and a BBQ grill. Board games and a pickleball set are provided.
