Escondido 1145 – Coral Casita

Escondido 1145|Coral Casita, known as Coral Casita at Escondido Resort, is a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps 10, a comfortable fit for two foursomes. Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 16 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The downstairs primary has a king bed, the upstairs primary has a queen bed, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds plus a TV and Nintendo Switch. A sleeper couch and a futon cover any extra guests, and a half bath sits on the main floor.

The main floor is open, with a large TV and Atari console in the living room and a bright white kitchen with an island, farmhouse sink, gas range and pantry. The dining table sits beside the patio door, and the patio has a grill and outdoor seating. The garage is the group hangout, set up with a ping pong table, basketball arcade, cornhole and pickleball paddles. Board games, card games, smart TVs and an outlet for an electric car charger round it out.

Guests have access to the Escondido community amenities, including a pool with a lazy river and slide, a hot tub, a splash pad and pickleball courts. Pool floaties are provided.

Petroglyphs and biking trails are close by, Quail Creek Reservoir is about 13 minutes, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes, and Zion National Park about 50 minutes. Street parking is not allowed in the community, but overflow parking is available.
