Escondido 2311, known as La Casa Blanca, is a five-bedroom, four-bath home in Escondido Resort in Washington, Utah. It is listed for up to 10 guests, which fits two foursomes, and the courses are close: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills about 16 minutes each.

Downstairs, just off the kitchen and dining room, Bedroom 1 is a king master with an ensuite bath, double vanity and separate water closet. Bedroom 2 sits near the entry with a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bath. Upstairs, off the loft, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, a desk, a smart TV and its own bath, Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds and trundles, and Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and uses the hall bath. Every bedroom has a Roku TV.

The finished garage works as a game space with a ping pong table and TV, and the upstairs loft has a poker table and a big sectional for evenings after golf. The covered back patio has outdoor seating, a dining set and a BBQ grill, and the kitchen has a large island with bar seating, a gas range and stainless appliances. There is a workspace for anyone who needs to check in with the office, and the garage has a Tesla/EV charging outlet, though guests bring their own charger.

As an Escondido Resort home, it shares a community pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball courts, with pickleball equipment provided at the house. The splash pad is closed until March. Street parking is not allowed in the community, but overflow parking is available.

The home sits a few miles off I-15 in the desert hills. Downtown St. George is about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes and Zion National Park about 50 minutes.
