Escondido 2323 is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10 guests, enough for two full foursomes. It sits close to some of the best tee times in the St. George area: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes. St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are each about 16 minutes away, so a multi-round trip never means long drives.

The sleeping layout spreads across two levels. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Bedroom 2, just off the entry, has a double bed next to a shared hall bath. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers two queen beds with its own bath, Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with a triple bunk and a full-over-full bunk plus an ensuite, and Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a small office space.

After the round, the converted garage is the gathering spot, set up with a ping pong table and a two-player basketball arcade game. An upstairs loft adds a foosball table, a second lounge and a TV, and there is a Nintendo Switch for downtime. The open kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range, granite island and seating for a crowd, and the covered back patio has a natural gas grill and outdoor dining with red rock hillside views. High-speed internet, smart TVs throughout and a dedicated workspace round things out.

Guests share the Escondido community amenities, which include a resort-style pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball courts. The home does not have its own private pool.

Easy freeway access puts the rest of Southern Utah in reach. Quail Creek Reservoir is about 13 minutes away, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes, downtown St. George about 13 minutes, and Zion National Park roughly 50 minutes.
