Escondido 2355

Escondido 2355 is a newly built five-bedroom, four-bath home in the Escondido Resort community of Washington, Utah, set up for a golf group of up to 10 guests, or two full foursomes. Tee times are close: Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 6 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 9 minutes, Sand Hollow Golf Course about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are each about 16 minutes out.

The sleeping layout splits across two floors. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 is a master with a king bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a smart TV, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a Jack and Jill bath. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 is a second king suite with its own bath and smart TV, Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two triple-stacked full-size bunks, and Bedroom 5 has a king bed and uses the hall bath off the loft.

After the round, the group has plenty of ways to unwind. The insulated, temperature-controlled garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table and a 75-inch TV, and the upstairs loft adds a shuffleboard table and a big sectional. There are eight smart TVs in the home plus a Nintendo Switch. Out back, a covered patio has a gas fire table, lounge seating and a grill. The kitchen has granite counters, a large island with bar seating and stainless appliances, and two laundry rooms make longer stays easy. An EV charger is in the garage.

Escondido Resort shares a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and pickleball courts with its guests. The splash pad is closed until March. Note that street parking is not allowed in the community; overflow parking is available.

The home sits a few miles off I-15 in the red rock country outside Washington City. Downtown St. George is about 13 minutes away, Quail Creek Reservoir about 13 minutes, Sand Hollow Reservoir about 20 minutes and Zion National Park about 50 minutes, with petroglyph sites nearby.
