Estancia 306 W is a top-floor, three-bedroom condo in St. George, Utah that sleeps up to 8, so two foursomes can share it comfortably. It sits in the middle of the St. George golf scene: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, Bloomington Country Club about 8 minutes, Dixie Red Hills about 9 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, which makes the layout an easy fit for a golf group. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 3 has a king bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the loft adds room for two more guests.

The open living area pairs a sectional-style seating area and smart TV with a kitchen that has a large quartz island, bar stools, a gas range and stainless appliances, plus a separate dining table. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony with a dining table and a BBQ grill that looks out over the resort pool. There is also a desk area, pickleball equipment for the courts, and a public elevator up to the third floor, which helps with golf bags.

The Estancia community, which the home calls Living Elevated, has an outdoor pool, a hot tub, pickleball courts and a basketball court. There is no private pool or hot tub. Free parking, including trailer parking, is just across the street.

The area adds plenty for non-golf time. Grocery stores and restaurants are about 10 minutes away, Snow Canyon State Park is roughly 8 miles away, and Zion National Park and Sand Hollow make easy day trips.
