Freedom Village 523/529 Retreat

Freedom Village 523/529 Retreat combines two neighboring homes in Washington, Utah into one 8-bedroom, 8-bath base that sleeps 20, enough for five foursomes. The golf is close by: St. George Golf Club is about 8 minutes away, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes, Southgate Golf Club about 12 minutes and Sand Hollow Golf Course about 13 minutes. Bloomington Country Club, Coral Canyon and Dixie Red Hills are each about 14 to 15 minutes out.

Both homes share the same smart layout. On the main floor of 523 are a king master with an ensuite and a queen bedroom; upstairs are a second king suite and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. Home 529 mirrors it with a king master that opens to the patio, a queen bedroom, an upstairs king suite and a bunk room with two twin bunk sets, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the loft. Every bedroom has a smart TV, and the beds are Stearns & Foster mattresses with white linens.

Each home has a fully stocked kitchen, a private patio with a BBQ grill and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and 523 seats 11 for dinner. Home 523 adds a table tennis table and a Level 2 EV charger, while 529 brings a private fire pit, a PlayStation, family games and a loft with recliners for watching the late tournament coverage.

The Freedom Village community gives guests access to a clubhouse, a pool and hot tub, a fitness room, a pickleball court and a playground, all a short walk from the homes.

For a day off the course, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are nearby, and Zion National Park is about 35 minutes away.
