Ladera 325

Ladera 325 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-level home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10 guests, which works for two foursomes. Golf is close in every direction: Coral Canyon Golf Course and Green Spring Golf Course are each about 7 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are about 14 minutes.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a smart TV and uses the shared hall bath. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk, a twin trundle and a smart TV. For extra sleeping space there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room plus two twin sleeper chairs.

The backyard is the reason to book. A private swim spa, which is cooled in summer and heated in winter, sits beside a backyard putting green for practice before your tee time. A thatched tiki hut shelters a private hot tub, bar seating and an outdoor TV, and there is also a fire pit, BBQ grill, string lights and outdoor games. Inside, the temperature-controlled garage is a game room with ping pong, air hockey and a basketball arcade. The open kitchen has a gas range, a quartz island with stools and a dining table for six. Fast internet, a workspace, a Nintendo Switch and an EV charger (additional fee) are also on hand.

Guests also have access to the Ladera community pool and hot tub. This home does not allow pets.

When you are not on the course, Zion National Park and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are both within driving distance, and Sand Hollow Reservoir is nearby for a day on the water.
