Ladera 379, marketed as The Narrows Escape at Ladera Resort, is a two-story, five-bedroom home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 10, enough for two full foursomes with room to spare. Tee times are close: Coral Canyon Golf Course and Green Spring Golf Course are each about 7 minutes away, Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 10 minutes, and St. George Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills are both about 14 minutes.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV and its own ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs are four more sleeping rooms and two full bathrooms: three bedrooms with king beds and TVs, plus a bunk room with two triple bunks built from full-size beds and its own TV. Every bedroom has a TV, so players can wind down on their own schedule.

The main floor is built for a group. A sectional-heavy living room centers on a 75-inch TV, and the kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas range and a granite island with bar stools next to a dining table that seats ten. Out back, the covered patio has a private hot tub, an outdoor TV, a patio dining set, cushioned lounge seating, a BBQ grill and a Traeger smoker, all facing a fenced lawn with cornhole and giant Connect 4. The two-car garage doubles as a game space with an air hockey table and a basketball shoot-out game, and there is a Nintendo Switch and pickleball net, markers and paddles for downtime. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and four designated parking spots round it out.

Guests also have the Ladera community pool and hot tub, heated year-round, with a covered clubhouse pavilion and plenty of loungers. The neighborhood backs onto hiking, biking and running trails, and RV or trailer parking is available in the community.

Beyond golf, Sand Hollow Reservoir is about 11 miles away, Red Cliffs Mall about 5 miles, Tuacahn Amphitheatre about 16 miles and Zion National Park about 37 miles. St. George Regional Airport is roughly 12 miles from the door.
