Las Palmas 1507, known as Desert Dreamin' at Las Palmas Resort, is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in St. George, Utah. It sleeps 8 guests, which is right for two foursomes, and it is surrounded by golf. Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes, St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 11 minutes.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, an ensuite bath and a TV. The bunk room has a full/queen bunk bed and a TV, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a TV; those two rooms use a shared bath. A queen pull-out couch in the living room adds one more sleeping spot.

The open living space includes a fully equipped kitchen and two dining tables, so the whole group can sit down together after a round. The private balcony has outdoor seating and a grill and looks out on the desert. Elevators reach the second floor, and a washer and dryer are provided, and pickleball and ping pong equipment are provided. For families, there is a pack n play and a high chair.

As part of Las Palmas Resort, guests share a clubhouse lounge and shop with drink and snack bars, a fitness center, a waterslide pool, indoor and outdoor lap pools, a kiddie pool, two indoor spas, a splash pad, two pickleball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard courts, a playground, lawn chess and ping pong. The picnic area requires groups larger than 15 to rent the pavilion. Bike trails are close by and downtown St. George is minutes away.
