Las Palmas 1805 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in St. George that sleeps up to 9, which fits two foursomes with room to spare. Golf is close in every direction: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, and both Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes. St. George Golf Club, Entrada at Snow Canyon and Black Desert Resort are all within about 13 minutes.

The master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, balcony access and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed plus a TV, a PS4 and a walk-in closet, with a sliding door to the main bathroom. Two full sofa sleepers in the living room handle the rest of the group.

This second-floor unit is set up for groups that like to eat together. A bar between the kitchen and living room seats five, and the dining table seats eight or nine. The kitchen, washer and dryer were updated with new appliances in 2023. After the round, gather around the indoor gas fireplace or fire up the BBQ on the private balcony, which has a table and chairs overlooking the grounds. Elevator access and free parking are included.

The Las Palmas resort gives you plenty to do between tee times. The clubhouse has a lounge and shop with drink and snack bars, a fitness center and a pool table. Shared amenities include an outdoor lap pool, an indoor lap pool, a waterslide pool, a kiddie pool, two indoor hot tubs and a splash pad, along with two pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, lawn chess, ping pong and a playground.

Snow Canyon State Park and the Tuacahn Center for the Arts are both nearby for a non-golf afternoon, and downtown St. George is a short drive away.
