Las Palmas 1806, known as Paraíso Encontrado, is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo in the Green Valley area of St. George. It sleeps 8 in beds and up to 12 with two queen air mattresses, so it can host three foursomes. The location is strong for golf: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate about 7 minutes, and Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills about 8 minutes each, with St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes out.

The master suite has a king bed and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath with a tub and shower. The third room has a twin-over-full bunk plus a twin bed and uses the hall bathroom.

The open living area centers on a tiled fireplace and a wall TV, and the kitchen has granite counters and an island with bar seating next to the dining table. A covered balcony off the living area and master suite holds an outdoor dining table, a lounge chair and a gas grill, with views over the resort lawns. A classic arcade machine loaded with old-school games sits in the bunk room, and scooters and a rip stick are provided. A washer and dryer are in the unit.

Las Palmas is one of the best-equipped resorts in Green Valley. Guests share indoor and outdoor pools and lap pools, two indoor hot tubs, a waterslide pool and a kiddie pool, plus a fitness center, a clubhouse lounge with a drink and snack bar, and a putting green. There are also two pickleball courts, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, lawn chess, ping pong, a splash pad and a playground.

Snow Canyon State Park, downtown St. George and Sand Hollow Reservoir are all an easy drive away.
