Las Palmas 328 is a one-bedroom condo in St. George that sleeps up to four, a tidy fit for a single foursome that wants a simple, well-placed base. It sits in the middle of the city's golf scene: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, and Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes each. St. George Golf Club is about 10 minutes and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 11, so a group can play a different course every day with very little driving.

The sleeping setup is straightforward. The bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with a slider out to the balcony, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room handles the other two golfers. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower.

The condo is bright and updated, with a comfortable sectional, a smart TV and a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a tiled breakfast bar with stools. A washer and dryer help on longer trips. The private balcony is the spot for morning coffee before tee time, with wide views over the city to the surrounding mountains.

Las Palmas is a resort-style community with two large pools, two heated hot tubs, two 40-foot waterslides, a splash pad, three kids playgrounds, a rock wall, a jogging path and a workout facility. Guests also have access to the Green Valley amenities, which add an indoor pool, an Olympic lap pool, a diving pool, indoor hot tubs, pickleball, basketball, indoor and outdoor tennis, racquetball, volleyball, shuffleboard and mini golf.

Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir are close by for a rest day between rounds.
