Las Palmas 804 is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo at Las Palmas Resort in St. George that sleeps 12, enough room for three foursomes to share one base. Tee times are close in every direction: Sunbrook Golf Club and Southgate Golf Club are each about 6 minutes away, Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills are about 8 minutes, St. George Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and Entrada at Snow Canyon and Black Desert Resort are both within about 13 minutes.

The sleeping plan suits a group of golfers well. The master bedroom has a king bed, a king fold-out couch and its own ensuite bath. The second bedroom and the fourth bedroom each have a king bed, and the bunk room holds a twin-over-twin bunk and a queen-over-queen bunk. Bedrooms have smart TVs and plenty of closet and dresser space.

After the round, the group can gather in the great room on leather recliners around a gas fireplace with surround sound, or at the granite kitchen island with bar stools. The dining table seats eight. The covered balcony has lounge seating, a gas grill and wide views over the valley toward red rock mountains, a good spot for coffee before an early tee time. A PS4 with games, board and card games, a desk with two monitors for anyone who needs to check in with the office, and a garage for storing bikes or gear round out the condo. Note that the unit is on the second story.

Guests have full access to Las Palmas Resort amenities: a clubhouse lounge with drink and snack bar, fitness center, waterslide pool, indoor and outdoor lap pools, kiddie pool, two indoor hot tubs, splash pad, two pickleball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, lawn chess, ping pong, a playground and resort EV chargers.

The Zen Trail and mountain biking are a short walk away, downtown St. George is about 10 minutes, and Snow Canyon and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are about 20 minutes.
