Ocotillo Springs 2

Ocotillo Springs 2 is a three-bedroom townhome in Santa Clara that sleeps up to 9, enough for two foursomes. It sits close to some of the best golf in the area: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are both about 11 minutes.

Two of the three bedrooms have king beds with their own ensuite bathrooms, so the two most senior golfers each get a private suite. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin bunk, served by a bathroom in the hall. An upstairs loft with a TV and a bean bag gives the group another place to hang out.

The best part of the house for a golf group is out back. The covered patio has a dining table, string lights, a BBQ and a private hot tub, the ideal spot to soak sore muscles after 18 holes. Upstairs, a private balcony overlooks the resort pool and catches the sunrise. Inside, the open living room has a big sectional and a large TV, the kitchen has a long island with bar seating, and the dining table seats eight. A PS4, a washer and dryer and a two-car garage round things out.

Ocotillo Springs residents share a resort-style pool and spa with a rock waterfall, a splash pad and pickleball courts. The clubhouse has a lounge, a pool table, ping pong, a game system, a fitness room and an outdoor fireplace patio. Walking and biking paths start right outside the front door.

Between rounds, Snow Canyon State Park is about 8 minutes away and the Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, while Gunlock Reservoir makes an easy day trip.
