Ocotillo Springs 21 is a five-bedroom, five-bath townhome in Santa Clara that sleeps 16, which works out to four full foursomes. The golf is right around the corner: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are about 11 minutes from the door.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed and their own bath, so the group's leaders all get a private suite. A bunk room holds a full-size triple bunk and a twin triple bunk, with a bath just off the common area, and a fifth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin trundle plus its own bath. The upstairs loft adds a queen sofa sleeper, and two twin foam mats are on hand for extra guests.

The main floor is built for gathering. A sectional sofa and TV face the kitchen, which has dark cabinetry, stainless appliances, bar seating and a dining table for eight next to sliding patio doors. Upstairs, the loft lounge has two sofas and a TV, with a foosball table nearby, and a ping pong table sits in the garage. A PlayStation 4, board games and a workspace are also included. Outside, a covered private balcony with a fire table looks toward the red cliffs, and the back patio has a dining set and BBQ.

The Ocotillo Springs community adds a resort pool and spa with a lazy river, a splash pad, pickleball courts, a fitness room and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, a game system and an outdoor fireplace.

Off the course, Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and downtown St. George about 18 minutes.
