Ocotillo Springs 24, known as Sunsplash Retreat, is a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home inside the Ocotillo Springs resort in Santa Clara, Utah. It sleeps up to 16 guests, which fits four foursomes, and it is one of the closest group stays to the newer west-side courses: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are about 11 minutes.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, a TV, direct patio access and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a king bed with a TV, work desk and balcony access, and Bedroom 4 has a twin-over-full-over-queen bunk; all three have ensuite baths. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with two triple-tier twin bunks and a twin sleeper sofa, served by a shared bath.

Downstairs is an open great room with an oversized sectional, a kitchen with island seating and a dining table for eight. The upstairs loft adds a second lounge with a sectional, TV, foosball and a game table, and a covered balcony with a wicker sectional looks out over the resort.
