Ocotillo Springs 26 is a three-bedroom townhome in Santa Clara that sleeps up to 12, enough room for three foursomes. Golf is close in every direction: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are both about 11 minutes out.

The sleeping plan puts every bed behind a door with its own bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the bunk room holds two triple twin bunk units for six more sleepers. An additional queen Murphy bed covers the last two guests. The upstairs loft adds a second TV lounge for anyone not ready to turn in.

Downstairs, the open great room joins a sectional sofa and big TV to a kitchen with a long island, bar seating and stainless appliances, so the whole group can recap the round together. Sliding doors open to a covered back patio with a gas grill, dining table and wicker seating, and a private balcony upstairs looks out over the resort pool. An Xbox One, bikes and scooters in the garage, and an in-unit washer and dryer round out the home.

Guests also get access to the Ocotillo Springs resort amenities: a resort pool and spa with a lazy river, a splash pad, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, a game system, a fitness room and an outdoor fireplace lounge.

The location is a strong base for more than golf. Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each roughly 8 to 9 minutes away, downtown St. George is about 18 minutes, and Zion National Park is a little over an hour's drive.
