Ocotillo Springs 27 is a modern three-bedroom townhome in the Ocotillo Springs resort in Santa Clara, Utah, and it sits in one of the best spots in the area for golf. Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are about 11 minutes. It sleeps 10 in beds and up to 12 with the sofa sleepers, enough for three foursomes.

Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, a TV and a bath with a soaking tub and glass shower. The second suite has a queen bed and a TV, and the bunk room holds two twin triple bunk beds. A full sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room add space, and a half bath serves the main floor.

The open main floor has a large sectional with a smart TV, a kitchen with a gas range and island seating, and a dining table for six by sliding doors to the private back patio and BBQ grill. The upstairs loft is a second TV lounge, and a balcony looks over the pool. A standout for early risers is the private home gym in the garage with weights, a squat rack and a stationary bike. Two paddleboards and two kids kayaks are also provided.

Resort access includes a pool and spa, a splash pad, pickleball courts and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, a game system and an outdoor fireplace. Walking and biking trails connect right to the home.
