Ocotillo Springs 3 gives a golf group of up to 12 room for three full foursomes in a two-story townhome at Ocotillo Springs Resort in Santa Clara. Tee times are close: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are both about 11 minutes out.

The home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, balcony access and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, a smart TV and its own ensuite with a walk-in shower. The bunkroom holds a queen bed plus two triple bunk beds and a smart TV, with a bathroom just outside the door. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet.

Downstairs, an open great room links the kitchen, an island with bar stools, a dining table for eight and a large sectional facing a big TV. Sliding doors open to a covered back patio with wicker seating and a grill, and the resort pool sits just steps from the back gate. Upstairs, a loft with a Nintendo Switch and TV makes a relaxed spot after a round. A two-car garage, a workspace and streaming on the smart TVs round out the house.

Guests share the resort amenities: a pool and hot tub with a water slide, a splash pad, two pickleball courts and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, a game system, a fitness room and an outdoor fireplace patio.

Off the course, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn and the trailheads around Ivins and Santa Clara are nearby, and St. George's restaurants and shops are a short drive away.
