Ocotillo Springs 4

Ocotillo Springs 4 is a newly built three-bedroom townhome in Santa Clara that sleeps 10, which fits two foursomes with room for two more. Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are both about 11 minutes, so the group can play a different course every day without long drives.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a door out to a private balcony, and its bathroom has a soaking tub and a glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with two twin triple bunks, six twin beds in all. Four roll-out sleeping pads can bring the total to 14 when needed, and a powder room serves the main floor.

The house sits right behind the community pool, with views toward Red Mountain. The back doors open onto a covered patio with a dining table and a BBQ grill looking over the pool, a great spot for dinner after the round. Inside, the open great room has a large sectional and TV, and the kitchen has a peninsula with bar seating and a dining table for eight. There is a ping pong table in the garage and an Xbox One in the upstairs loft, plus a washer and dryer.

Ocotillo Springs guests share a resort-style pool and spa with a rock waterfall, a splash pad and pickleball courts. The clubhouse has a lounge, a pool table, ping pong, a game system, a fitness room and an outdoor fireplace patio. Walking and biking paths run right past the front door.

Snow Canyon State Park is about 8 minutes away and the Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and Zion National Park is roughly 1 hour 10 minutes away.
