Ocotillo Springs 40 is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 10, enough for two foursomes, with a queen sofa sleeper in the loft for a couple of extra guests. Golf is close by in every direction. Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 11 minutes out.

Every bedroom is upstairs and every one has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a balcony with mountain views. A second bedroom also has a king bed. The bunk room holds two triple twin bunk beds that sleep six, which suits a group that is happy to share. The loft between the bedrooms has a sofa sleeper, a smart TV and a PlayStation 4.

Downstairs, the open plan keeps the group together. The living room has a large sectional and a smart TV with Hulu Live, the kitchen has a gas range, an island with bar stools and new stainless appliances, and the dining table seats eight. Out back, the private fenced patio has a pergola lounge, a grill and a private hot tub for a soak after the round. The home also includes a dedicated workspace and a half bath.

The Ocotillo Springs resort sits within walking distance and includes a large pool with a rock waterfall, a spa, a splash pad, pickleball courts, a fitness room and a clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, a game system and an outdoor fireplace.

Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn are a short drive away, and restaurants and shopping in Santa Clara and St. George are close. Additional street parking is available; ask about community parking rules when you book.
