Ocotillo Springs 45~Southern Comfort is a newer 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom townhome in Santa Clara that sleeps 19 guests in beds, enough room for four foursomes. Tee times come easy from here: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 11 minutes.

The sleeping layout suits a golf group well. Four king bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom and a 55-inch smart TV, including one king suite on the main level. The fifth room is a bunk room with two twin triple bunk beds and a queen-over-twin bunk, handy for extra players or younger family members.

At roughly 3,000 square feet, the home has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with island seating, a family room with a 75-inch 4K smart TV, and an upstairs family room that opens to a balcony. After the round, the private pool and hot tub are steps from the covered patio, where an outdoor 55-inch TV and an infrared BBQ grill keep the evening going. Upstairs, the balcony fire pit looks out over the mountains. The garage adds a ping pong table, a basketball arcade and a TV, and there is a Nintendo and a pickleball set as well.

Guests also have use of the Ocotillo Springs resort amenities: a community pool and spa, a splash pad, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong, a game system and an outdoor fireplace.

Bike paths connect right to the home, and Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, grocery shopping and several restaurants are all close by. St. George is about 18 minutes away and Zion National Park a little over an hour.
