It sits minutes from some of the area's best golf: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 11 minutes out.

All sleeping space is upstairs, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private balcony with mountain views. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 holds two triple twin bunk beds for six sleepers plus its own bath with a walk-in shower. The loft next to it has a queen sofa sleeper, a smart TV, a Nintendo Switch and a desk.

The main floor is open, with a sectional living room, a dining table for six and a kitchen with a gas range, quartz counters and island seating for four. Sliding doors lead to a private patio under a lit pergola with a dining set, a BBQ grill and a private hot tub. The garage doubles as a game area with a ping pong table and a TV, and there are board and card games for evenings in.

Resort amenities at Ocotillo Springs include a pool with a waterslide, a spa, a splash pad, pickleball courts, a fitness room and a clubhouse with ping pong and a pool table.

Snow Canyon State Park's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each about 8 to 9 minutes away, and St. George is under 20 minutes. Ask about parking rules when you book.
