It sleeps up to 22 guests, room for five foursomes, and the golf is close: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are about 11 minutes.

The master suite sits on the main floor with a king bed and its own door to the pool and hot tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen plus an ottoman twin pullout, Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king, and Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with two full-size triple bunks and a fold-down futon. A sofa sleeper in the upstairs family room adds space for one more, and every bedroom has a 70-inch smart TV.
