Ocotillo Springs 54 is a three-bedroom townhome in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 12 guests, room for three full foursomes. The location is ideal for golf on the west side of St. George: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are about 11 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, a desk and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Bedroom 2 has a second king bed plus a twin futon. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with a queen bed and a triple twin bunk. The upstairs loft adds a queen pullout sofa, a very large TV and a Nintendo Switch, making it a natural spot to unwind after a round.

Out back, a private swim spa that fits up to 12 people anchors the fenced patio, surrounded by a pergola with string lights, lounge chairs, a dining table for six and a gas grill. Inside, the open kitchen has wood cabinets, a gas range and an island with bar stools, and the dining table seats eight. The garage has an electric vehicle charger, and the home also includes a ping pong table, pickleball equipment and smart TVs.

Guests have access to the Ocotillo Springs resort amenities: a pool and spa with a rock water slide, a splash pad, pickleball courts, a community fitness room and a clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong and an outdoor fireplace.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away and Tuacahn Center for the Arts is about 9 minutes, while downtown St. George is roughly 18 minutes by car.
