Paradise Village 10

Paradise Village 10 is a three-bedroom, three-bath home in the Paradise Village resort in Santa Clara, Utah, marketed as Sunrise Oasis at Paradise Village. It sleeps 10 comfortably, which suits two foursomes, and two queen sofa sleepers stretch capacity to 14. The golf is close: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are each about 10 minutes, with Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 11 minutes.

Both king bedrooms have their own bathroom and a TV. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and the second king bedroom has an ensuite plus its own private entrance. The bunk room holds two triple twin bunk beds and uses the hall bathroom. Two queen sofa sleepers in the living area handle overflow guests.

The open living room has a smart TV with Netflix and plenty of seating, and the kitchen is well stocked with a granite island and bar stools next to a dining table. Out back, a covered patio has a gas grill, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub with red rock views, a good spot to unwind after a round. The garage is set up with a ping pong table, and a laundry room is on site.

The resort amenities are steps away: a lazy river, water slides, a kiddy pool and splash pad, a hot tub, a playground and walking trails, plus an upper pool heated year round and a lower pool heated from mid-February to November. Gubler Park is within walking distance and adds basketball, pickleball, volleyball, ball fields and a picnic area.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each about 8 to 9 minutes from the door, and downtown St. George is around 18 minutes.
