Paradise Village 103

Paradise Village 103, known as River View, is a six-bedroom, eight-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah with room for up to 28 guests, or seven foursomes. Tee times are close by: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are about 11 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, which keeps a big group on schedule for early rounds. The main-level master has a king bed and a bath with a soaking tub and double vanity. Upstairs are three more king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, plus a large bunk room with two double beds, eight twin beds and four trundles. Smart TVs with YouTube TV are found in the bedrooms.

Downtime at the house is well covered. The upstairs loft has a big sectional, a foosball table, a bar-height table and three arcade machines loaded with more than 400 games, and the listing also includes shuffleboard. The garage adds a ping pong table and a gaming lounge with two TVs. The open kitchen has a long island with bar seating, double wall ovens and a gas cooktop, next to a dining table sized for a crowd. Out back, the patio has a private hot tub, a fire pit with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill and covered dining, and a covered balcony looks toward the red cliffs. Two bikes are provided.

River View sits in the Paradise Village at Zion resort, right across the street from the Kids Cove water park and lazy river. Resort photos also show clubhouse pools with a rock waterslide, a fitness room and a clubhouse lounge. Gubler Park, within walking distance, has public pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, a splash pad and picnic areas.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and St. George about 18 minutes.
