Paradise Village 104, known as Cloud Nine, is a six-bedroom, eight-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 21 guests, enough for five foursomes. Golf is close: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are about 10 minutes, and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club is about 11 minutes.

Every bedroom has an attached bathroom, so a full group can get ready for an early tee time without a line. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and a bath with a soaking tub, double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has another king bed, Bedrooms 3, 5 and 6 each have a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two twin-over-full-over-queen bunks plus a twin fold-out ottoman. Smart TVs are found throughout the home.

The open main floor pairs a comfortable living room with a long dining table and a kitchen with an island, bar stools and a gas range, so group dinners are easy. Upstairs, a loft with a sectional sofa, smart TV and foosball table gives the group a second place to relax, and a covered upper deck with lounge chairs looks out toward the red rock hills. The garage holds a ping pong table. Out back, the patio has a private hot tub, a BBQ grill and covered outdoor dining.

The home is part of the Paradise Village at Zion resort and sits right across the street from the Kids Cove water park and lazy river. Resort photos also show clubhouse pools with a rock waterslide, a fitness room and a clubhouse lounge. Gubler Park, within walking distance of the resort, adds public pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, a splash pad and picnic areas.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and St. George about 18 minutes.
