Paradise Village 107

Paradise Village 107 is a six-bedroom Santa Clara retreat that sleeps 20, which works out to five full foursomes under one roof. Golf is close in every direction: Black Desert Resort and Entrada at Snow Canyon are each about 6 minutes away, Sunbrook Golf Club is about 10 minutes, and The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are about 11 minutes out, so a group can mix championship rounds with easy local tee times all week.

Sleeping is set up for a crowd. The master and three more bedrooms each have a king bed, an ensuite bath and a TV. Bedroom 5 has two triple twin bunks for six, and Bedroom 6 has two twin-over-full bunks, both with their own ensuite baths. Two twin pull-out couches add extra space when needed.

The backyard is the headline. A private pool (heated on request) sits beside a private hot tub, a fire pit lounge and a long pergola dining area with a built-in barbecue. Past the pool is a private lit sports court striped for pickleball and basketball, and the garage holds cornhole and spike ball sets. Inside, there are two living rooms with smart TVs and surround sound, a game room with three TVs and several game consoles, a large kitchen with an island and double ovens, an upstairs balcony, an EV charger and an ice machine for post-round coolers.

The home sits within the Paradise Village community, which adds a resort-style pool with a lazy river and kids water slides, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, a basketball court and walking trails. Gubler Park, with more courts and a splash pad, is within walking distance.

Beyond golf, Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are both roughly 8 to 9 minutes away, downtown St. George is about 18 minutes, and Zion National Park is a little over an hour's drive for a rest-day outing.
