Paradise Village 108

Paradise Village 108 is a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Santa Clara, Utah that sleeps up to 20 guests, enough for five foursomes. It sits close to several of the area's courses: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club, The Ledges Golf Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 10 minutes away.

Four king suites anchor the sleeping plan. Bedroom 1 is downstairs with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs, each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 5 has a king bed plus a queen-over-twin bunk with an ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 6 has two triple-tier twin bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom. Half bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs, and six sleeping pads are available as additional bedding.

The backyard is built for downtime between rounds. There is a private 18-by-28-foot fenced pool, heated on request, a private hot tub, a private splash pad that is not available from mid-November to mid-March, an outdoor jungle gym, and an outdoor grill and fireplace. A private sports court is set up for pickleball, basketball, volleyball and other court games, and the home has a mountain view.

Indoors, a Pac-Man arcade game with 160 games joins three arcade games in total. Two Xbox Ones connect to 4K TVs, a PlayStation connects to a 72-inch 4K TV and a Nintendo Switch connects to an 82-inch 4K TV. With 1G internet, streaming works across the home's six TVs.
