Paradise Village 110 is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in Santa Clara that sleeps 14, enough for three foursomes with room to spare. It sits minutes from some of the best golf in the St. George area: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes, with Southgate about 15 minutes.

Every bedroom has its own beach theme and a smart TV. The Seahorse Suite has a king bed and ensuite bath, the Mermaid Suite a queen bed and ensuite, and the Retro Beach Suite a king bed with a Jack and Jill bath shared with the hallway. The Sailboat Suite has a king bed and ensuite, and the Sailor Suite holds two twin-over-full bunk beds, built-in reading lights, its own bath and a gaming closet with a PlayStation 4 and board games.

The home is laid out on a single main level with an open kitchen featuring a large island with bar seating, a dining table for eight under a world map mural, and a bright living room with oversized bamboo lounge chairs for movie nights. A covered back patio has a dining table and barbecue grill for post-round cookouts, a spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck with sofas overlooking the community pools, and the garage holds a ping pong table.

As part of the Paradise Village community, guests can use the shared resort pools, including a lazy river and kids water slides, plus community pickleball courts. Gubler Park is within walking distance with basketball, pickleball, volleyball, a splash pad, ball fields and picnic areas.

On a day off the course, Snow Canyon State Park and its red and white sandstone trails are close by, and Sand Hollow Reservoir is an easy drive for time on the water.
