Paradise Village 111

Paradise Village 111 is a five-bedroom, five-bath Santa Clara home that sleeps 16, which is exactly four foursomes. Golf is a short drive in every direction: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes, with Southgate about 15 minutes out.

The sleeping layout works well for a group. Three bedrooms have king beds, two with ensuite baths and one with a Jack and Jill bath shared with the hallway. A fourth bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds plus an ensuite. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room adds another spot when needed, and each bedroom has a wall-mounted TV.

After a round, the private hot tub on the covered back patio is the place to unwind, next to an outdoor dining table and barbecue grill. A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck with a fire table and lounge seating for sunset. Inside, the open great room has a large sectional and entertainment center with a Nintendo Switch and YouTube TV, and the kitchen offers a big island, gas range and dining for eight. A ping pong table in the garage settles any scores left over from the course.

The home sits in the Paradise Village community with direct access from the back of the property to the resort-style pool area, including the Kids Cove water park and lazy river. Gubler Park is within walking distance and adds basketball, pickleball and volleyball courts, a splash pad, ball fields and picnic areas.

For a rest day, Snow Canyon State Park is close by for hiking among red and white sandstone, and Sand Hollow Reservoir is an easy drive for time on the water.
