Paradise Village 112, known as Poolside Retreat, is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in Santa Clara that sleeps 16, a clean fit for four foursomes. The golf is close: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes, with Southgate about 15 minutes.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a 50-inch TV and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and 50-inch TV with a Jack and Jill bath, and Bedroom 3 has a king bed, 50-inch TV and ensuite. Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed, 50-inch TV and ensuite, while Bedroom 5 has two twin-over-full bunk beds and its own bath. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room covers an extra guest.

Evenings are made for the rooftop deck, where a fire table and lounge seating look out over the community pools and red rock ridges. Downstairs, a covered back patio has outdoor dining and a barbecue grill. Inside, a spacious great room with two sofas flows into a dining table for ten, bar seating and a kitchen with a gas range. The garage holds a ping pong table, a PS4 is on hand, and a universal EV charger is in the garage.

Parking suits a golf group arriving in several cars: up to five vehicles are allowed, with two in the garage, two in the driveway and one on the street, and extra vehicles go to designated lots in the complex. As part of Paradise Village, guests share the community pools, hot tub and splash pad, and Gubler Park is within walking distance for basketball, pickleball, volleyball and picnic areas. Pets are not allowed.

Snow Canyon State Park is about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and downtown St. George about 18 minutes, with restaurants, groceries and shopping nearby.
