Paradise Village 113

Paradise Village 113, known as Southern Dream, gives a golf group of up to 14 a comfortable base in Santa Clara, Utah. That is room for three full foursomes, with Black Desert Resort about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes out. Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are each about 10 minutes from the door, and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club is about 11 minutes, so tee times across the west side of St. George stay close.

The home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, two of them with private ensuite baths and one sharing a Jack and Jill bath with the hallway. A fourth suite has a queen bed and its own bath, and the fifth room holds two twin over full bunk beds with an ensuite, a good fit for extra players or younger family members.

After the round, the private hot tub on the back patio is the place to soak sore shoulders. The covered patio has a grill and a long outdoor dining table, and a spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck with a fire pit and views across the resort toward the mountains. Inside, the open kitchen has a large island with bar seating, and the dining table and two living areas give everyone space to spread out. The garage holds a ping pong table, cornhole, spikeball, bikes and scooters, and there is an Xbox 360, a smart TV with soundbar and plenty of board games.

Guests also have access to the Paradise Village resort amenities, including community pools, a hot tub, a lazy river and a children's water park with slides. Gubler Park is within walking distance of the resort, with pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts, a splash pad and picnic areas.

Off the course, Snow Canyon's sand dunes and Tuacahn Center for the Arts are each about 8 to 9 minutes away, downtown St. George is about 18 minutes, and Zion National Park is a little over an hour's drive.
