Paradise Village 115, known as Poolside Heaven, is a five-bedroom, five-bath single-level home in Santa Clara that sleeps 16, enough for four foursomes. Golf is close in every direction: Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away, Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, and Sunbrook Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are each about 10 minutes out, with Dixie Red Hills about 11 minutes away.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Three master suites hold a king, a queen and a second king, and two bunk rooms each have a twin-over-queen bunk with a twin trundle. A queen sleeper sofa and a queen floor mattress add overflow space, and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

The open living area seats a big group around a fireplace and a 75-inch TV, with an Xbox, Nintendo Switch and board games on hand. The kitchen has granite counters, a gas range and a three-seat island, and the extended dining table seats ten. Outside, a covered patio offers a second table for ten, a natural gas grill and a private Bullfrog hot tub with a sound system. Spiral stairs lead up to a rooftop deck with a fire pit, lounge seating and views of the red cliffs toward Snow Canyon. The garage holds a ping pong table, two bikes and a 220-volt EV charger.

The home faces the Paradise Village lazy river and Kids Cove water slides. Shared amenities include a two-tiered pool with a waterfall grotto, a 20-person hot tub, a clubhouse with a lounge and workout room, a central lawn and walking and biking trails. A wagon with pool supplies is included.

Archie Gubler Park, with pickleball courts, sand volleyball and a splash pad, is a short walk away, as is a grocery store with a gelato bar. Snow Canyon State Park is about 5 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheater about 4 miles, and downtown St. George about 7 miles.
