Paradise Village 117, nicknamed Livin' the Dream, is a five-bedroom, five-bath home in Santa Clara, Utah with a maximum occupancy of 18, enough for four foursomes. Black Desert Resort is about 5 minutes away and Entrada at Snow Canyon about 6 minutes, while Sunbrook, The Ledges and Dixie Red Hills are each about 10 minutes from the driveway. Southgate Golf Club is about 15 minutes out, so a week of different courses never means a long drive.

The sleeping plan suits a group that values privacy. Two bedrooms have king beds and two have queen beds, and the bunk room holds two twin over full bunk beds. Every bedroom has a TV, and all but one have their own attached bathroom; the second king room uses a Jack and Jill bath shared with the hallway. A full pull-out sofa in the living room adds extra space when needed.

The great room has a beamed ceiling, a stone fireplace and a smart TV with Chromecast, and the long dining table seats the whole group. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware, and the grill and barbecue tools make post-round cookouts easy. Out back, a pergola shelters the private hot tub, a covered patio holds an outdoor dining table, and a spiral staircase climbs to a balcony with a fire pit and couches looking out at the red cliffs. The garage adds a ping pong table, a basketball arcade and an industrial ice maker that holds 700 pounds of ice, handy for coolers on the course. There is also an EV charger, a PS4 in the bunk room, board games and bikes for four adults and two kids.

Paradise Village guests share resort amenities including community pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, the Kids Cove water slides, a clubhouse and a fitness center. Gubler Park, with pickleball and basketball courts, is within walking distance of the resort.

Snow Canyon's sand dunes are about 8 minutes away, Tuacahn Center for the Arts about 9 minutes, and Zion National Park a little over an hour.
